The Guildford Pavilion is Guildford’s leading event venue,

The stunning Doric Dining Room has played host to mayoral
dinners, celebrity talks, sumptuous banquets and even visits
from Royalty, while The Reading Room and Club Bar offer a
tranquil haven to sit and enjoy a perfect cup of tea, or something
a little stronger.
With state-of-the-art IT facilities, our flexible event
spaces are perfect for conferences, awards dinners, and
presentations, supporting both in-person and hybrid formats
with ease.
For more social occasions such as parties, christenings,
baby showers, Christmas celebrations, and team-building
activities, our venue and grounds create an exceptional

We offer two indoor event spaces:
The Long Room – ideal for larger gatherings and
formal functions
The Terrace Suite – perfect for more intimate events
It is however, the recently refurbished meeting and event spaces
that hold the most interest for non-members. The suite of three
rooms is designed to host groups of between six and 40 in
air-conditioned comfort, with all of the facilities and amenities
expected of a first-class hospitality venue.
