At Shardana, the aim is to bring together
timeless traditional Italian cuisine

communicate an appreciation for all the

Shardana makes her own pasta and pizza.

vegan and gluten free options. It is all
about a love of fresh ingredients and
homemade goodness that makes it’s food
so delicious...
Shardana cuisine is dedicated to its family
reinterpretation of Mamma’s cooking
but with a modern touch. In March 2025
the Italian Chamber of Commerce, an
Industry for the UK, awarded Shardana a
‘quality approved and ‘Ospitalita Italiana’
evidencing their commitment to Italian
food and wine culture.
Shardana came in 2008 and its concept
focused on a wider range of traditional
Italian dishes.
