Cambio Marcia Osteria Italiana is an independent modern osteria
which opened in February 2024 on Swan Lane. Cambio Marcia
aims to transport guests to Italy within a characterful building,
adorned with artwork replicating the colourful buildings of
Liguria, Northern Italy.
Historically, an ‘osteria’ was a place to enjoy wine, but evolved
over hundreds of years to include a small menu of home cooked
regional dishes, which changed often. As a modern osteria, there
is an extensive wine list, a few signature dishes and an array of
regularly changing specials, focusing on Ligurian cuisine. The
food is rooted in cherished family recipes, handed down through
generations and evolves with the changing seasons.
The intimate setting lends itself perfectly to leisurely lunches,
date nights and celebrations, but booking is recommended as
they have just a handful of tables!

THE BOATHOUSE
The Boathouse is a beautifully designed riverside destination
offering flexible coworking, private meeting rooms, and event
hire. At its heart is Soulspace — a members’ club for freelancers,
creatives, small businesses, and anyone seeking a purposeful
space to work with access to hot-desking, resident desks, and a
supportive community. On the ground floor, The Boathouse Cafe
serves barista coffee, sandwiches, pastries, and local produce,
with a licensed bar and terrace overlooking the river. The venue is
available for private hire, from intimate gatherings to weddings,
pop-ups and corporate events. A unique, multi-purpose space in
central Guildford right on the River Wey where people come to
work, gather, and grow.
